RedditMaster Affiliate Terms of Service

Effective date: April 15, 2026

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the RedditMaster Affiliate dashboard, website, and related services (collectively, the "Services"). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

These Terms are separate from, and in addition to, the RedditMaster Affiliate Program Agreement, which governs your commercial relationship with RedditMaster as an affiliate.

1. Accounts

1.1 You must create an account using a valid Google identity. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity on your account.

1.2 You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information, and you must promptly update it when it changes.

1.3 We may suspend or terminate your account at any time if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms or the Affiliate Program Agreement.

2. Acceptable Use

You agree that you will not, and will not allow any third party to:

(a) use the Services for any illegal, harmful, or fraudulent purpose;

(b) attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Services, another user's account, or any related system;

(c) probe, scan, stress test, or otherwise attempt to disrupt the Services or circumvent rate limits, authentication, or fraud controls;

(d) reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise attempt to derive source code, trade secrets, or underlying ideas from the Services, except to the extent such restriction is prohibited by law;

(e) use the Services to store, transmit, or distribute malware, viruses, or other malicious code;

(f) scrape, harvest, or collect data from the Services except as expressly authorized;

(g) impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity;

(h) use the Services in a way that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair them, or interfere with any other user's use of the Services.

3. Intellectual Property

3.1 The Services, including all content, features, and functionality (other than user-submitted content), are owned by RedditMaster and protected by intellectual property laws. RedditMaster retains all right, title, and interest in and to the Services.

3.2 Subject to your compliance with these Terms, RedditMaster grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Services for the purpose of participating in the Affiliate Program.

4. User Content

4.1 The Services may allow you to upload content such as tax forms or profile information ("User Content"). You retain ownership of your User Content.

4.2 You grant RedditMaster a limited, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, transmit, display, and process your User Content solely as needed to provide the Services and comply with legal obligations.

4.3 You represent and warrant that (a) you have all rights necessary to submit your User Content; (b) your User Content does not infringe or violate any third party's rights; and (c) your User Content is accurate and not misleading.

5. Third-Party Services

The Services may integrate with or link to third-party services such as Google OAuth, Stripe, Google Cloud Storage, and the IRS website. Your use of third-party services is governed by those providers' own terms and privacy policies. RedditMaster is not responsible for third-party services.

6. Disclaimers

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, REDDITMASTER DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. REDDITMASTER DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, REDDITMASTER WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES. REDDITMASTER'S TOTAL LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNTS, IF ANY, PAID BY REDDITMASTER TO YOU IN THE SIX (6) MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.

8. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless RedditMaster and its affiliates from and against any claims, damages, liabilities, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of (a) your use of the Services; (b) your breach of these Terms; or (c) your violation of any law or third-party right.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms or the Affiliate Program Agreement. You may stop using the Services at any time. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

10. Changes to the Services and These Terms

10.1 RedditMaster may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time.

10.2 RedditMaster may update these Terms by posting an updated version on the Affiliate dashboard or website. Updates take effect on the date indicated. Your continued use of the Services after the update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

11. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which RedditMaster is organized, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. The parties consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of that jurisdiction for any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms.

12. General

12.1 Entire agreement. These Terms, together with the Affiliate Program Agreement and Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and RedditMaster regarding the Services.

12.2 Severability. If any provision of these Terms is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect.

12.3 No waiver. RedditMaster's failure to enforce any provision of these Terms is not a waiver of that provision.

12.4 Assignment. You may not assign these Terms without RedditMaster's prior written consent. RedditMaster may assign these Terms freely.
